Master Bedroom Suite is Complete!

Aside from missing lamps and decorations, the master bedroom suite is complete.  The perfect time for some before and after photos.

Before

Proof in the floor that this used to be two separate rooms.  The bathroom floor is raised because its as an addition to the house - the plumbing is under the floor.  

After

Bumped the shower out in the master bedroom.  Kept the mirror but added a frame of the same walnut veneer as the bathroom cabinets.  Reused the closet door we removed as a barn door for the bathroom.  Painted the woodwork and walls.  Carpeted the bedroom.  New furniture.  Custom 'Orb' quilt made by William and Eleanor (Etsy).

Removed one of the doors. Antique dressers from The Warehouse in Bloomington. Framed photos and concert posters from our adventures.

Larger shower with white subway tile walls and black penny tile floors.  Glass door.

Subfloor covered by rug.  Cabinets with textured laminate top.  

After

Custom natural walnut cabinets.  New pendant light fixtures.  Kept the same mirror and added matching veneer frame.  Crackled grey subway tile behind the mirror.  Matte Black hexagon floor tile.

Feels so good to have it done.
