Surviving Summer in Washington - Part 3
Let me introduce you to Vincent, (aka Greg). Sunday we tore down the drop ceiling in the basement to prep for the contractors to begin installing ductwork for the AC and heat. In the midst of tearing down what the former owner Leo installed quite soundly, a board hit Greg's ear and cut it in multiple places.
February 9, 2009 - I blogged about having our basement 99% complete. I think we have to re-adjust that number now that we have torn down the drop ceiling. What will we do with the ceiling once the ductwork is installed? Not sure. We'll just wait and see how much space it takes up and how it looks. All I know is that I'm looking forward to working on it this summer in a cool house.
